Meet Ms. Jennifer Harrington

Ms. Harrington comes to Pitcoff Law Group with practical, first-hand experience in litigation, contract drafting and dispute resolution, business and intellectual property law, advocacy, and client counseling.

Upon earning her Juris Doctor from Washington & Lee in 2016, she quickly became licensed in both North Carolina and South Carolina. Not only did Ms. Harrington receive her Juris Doctor from Washington & Lee that year, she also graduated with honors in litigation and transactional immersions.

After a post-graduate clerkship in the judicial chambers of Charlotte-Mecklenburg, Ms. Harrington represented a diverse array of clients in civil litigation, alternative dispute resolution, and more.

Fulfilling a lifelong dream, Ms. Harrington moved to New York City, where she became licensed to practice in New York state court, as well as the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York in U.S. Federal Court. Ms. Harrington’s experience and ability to represent clients in many different scenarios, in many different districts and jurisdictions, make her a natural fit for Pitcoff Law Group.

She is well versed in, and always prepared to represent clients in the courtroom. However, knowing the cost and toll of protracted litigation, her primary goal remains a positive, civil, creative resolution for all parties.

Carving an uncommon path by typical legal standards, Ms. Harrington is able to give pragmatic, practicable advice based on real-world experience. From demand letters to court appearances to research, Ms. Harrington is able to zealously advocate for and counsel her clients because she truly loves the law and its ability to solve conflict and improve people’s lives.

In her free time, you may find Ms. Harrington taking in a play, exploring the city she once only dreamt of, spending time with as many dogs as possible, or interrupting a comedy show with her laughter.
